The staff was warm and friendly as always. Dr. Weber is very easy to talk to and discuss what the problems are and possible therapies before discussing any surgery. Everyone is very good to explain and take the time necessary to make sure that I understand what is going on.

Dr. Weber has an awesome bedside manor. He talked to me in a way that I understood what he was saying. He listened to my concerns, when 3 other surgeons wouldn't. I am a very difficult patient with a lot of issues. He made me feel human.
